In fact, Ben’s success and experience earned him recognition as a “Top 40 Under 40” Plaintiff’s lawyer in the State of Oklahoma by The National Trial Lawyers, an organization comprised of the top trial lawyers from around the country. Notably, Ben first received this recognition before the age of 30.

Ben was born and raised near Guthrie, Oklahoma and received his legal education at Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in law school, he served as a Staff Member for the Law Review and was involved in numerous legal organizations. He graduated from OCU with highest honors (in the top 5% of his class).

While not in the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, fishing, and playing chess.
