These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the terms of service that govern our relationship with you (the “Users”) concerning Stride Law’s website (the “Website”) and all other materials provided by Stride Law. By using or accessing this Website or Stride Law’s other online materials, you agree to these Terms, as updated from time to time.

By accessing and/or using Stride Law’s Website and online materials, you acknowledge and agree that the information conveyed through these sources 1) is not provided in the course of and does not create or constitute an attorney-client relationship, 2) is not intended as a solicitation, 3) is not intended to convey or constitute legal advice, and 4) is not a substitute for obtaining legal advice from a qualified attorney. 8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you waive any objection to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
We work to keep the Website and all other services operating as reasonably well as possible by eliminating “bugs” or other errors that can negatively impact your experience. However, there is NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE WEBSITE AND OTHER SERVICES WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS OR IMPERFECTIONS. If we take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms, we will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorney fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to us. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Website and other online materials as a result of any violation of these Terms.
You also agree that any violation by you of these Terms will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice and will cause irreparable harm to us, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to us obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that we deem necessary or appropriate under the circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies we may have at law or in equity.
